Note that Ref. 7050 reports that almost all of the Indonesian stocks are taken from the wild, contrary to Ref. 7020 (Ref. 1672 notes that it is an easy to breed species). An omnivore, egg layer and peaceful community fish which prefers the following aquarium conditions: pH=7, H=12, 25°C water temperature, vegetative cover necessary (Ref. 6398).
